TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. QUALIFICATION
    The Twin Cities Knife Show is open to Knife Makers, Blade Smiths and Sheath Makers only. Non-related exhibits will be at the discretion of show management. 

  2. EXHIBITOR FEES
    Exhibitor fees are due online for the registration of the Exhibitor’s table. Tables will be assign based on the Organizer’s discretion.

  3. EXHIBIT SPACE
    No materials may interfere with a neighboring table. Exhibitors shall confine all activities within the limits of their own tables. All materials and activities shall be relevant to Knife Making. Nothing may be tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to the columns, walls, floors or furniture in the Event area. Violators will be responsible for any expense incurred in the removal of said items.

  4. EXHIBITOR ATTENDEES
    All Exhibitor personnel are required to register. Contract includes two Exhibitor registrations per table. Additional badges can be purchased for a $20 fee. Badges will be issued and must be worn by registered attendees at the Show. Exhibitors are not allowed to issue unauthorized badges to anyone.

  5. EXHIBIT SETUP
    Setup begins on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 8:00 am. All exhibits must be fully set-up by show opening Friday, September 30, 2022 at NOON. In the event the Exhibitor does not occupy the reserved space, the Organizers is authorized to fill the space in such a manner as it may deem best for the interest of the show, free and clear of any claims by Exhibitor. All exhibits must be open for business during show hours. No dismantling or packing may be started before the show closing on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. All materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by 6 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2022. 

  6. TABLE FURNISHINGS
    Each 8’ table includes 2 folding chairs and a table covering. 

  7. LIABILITIES
    Exhibitor hereby agrees to exempt the Organizers from any damages, expenses, losses or liabilities, including but not limited to any suit or claim for personal injury, product liability, for property damage or loss of property.

  8. UNAUTHORIZED ITEMS
    Personal firearms or ammunition are not allowed.
    No switchblades or any other product defined as illegal by the local, state or federal law enforcement agencies may be displayed for sale or possessed at the Twin Cities Knife Show. If the Exhibitor refuses request to remove illegal items, the contract will be terminated immediately and the Exhibitor will be required to remove itself and its products without refund

  9. CLEANING OF EXHIBITS
    Exhibitors must keep their spaces clean, products dusted and tables in good order.

  10. SUBLEASE 
    Subleasing tables is forbidden. Sharing a booth or table with another Company is expressly prohibited without consent of the Organizers. 

  11. EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES 
    The Exhibitor agrees to comply with all applicable local, federal, and state tax and other laws relating to the sale of goods or services, and to obtain, pay for, and display all necessary licenses and permits and to pay all taxes and levies insofar as the Exhibitors own participation in the Show is concerned.

  12. CANCELLATION CLAUSE 
    Any Exhibitor wishing to cancel their space reservation before September 15, 2022, for reasons of their own may do so in writing and will receive a refund of monies paid minus their $25 non-refundable deposit. 

  13. FORCE MAJEURE
    In the event any part of the exhibit area or any portion thereof is unavailable whether for the entire event, or a portion of the event as a result of fire, flood, tempest or any other such cause or as a result of war, strike, lock-out, labor dispute, riot or any other cause or agency over which the Show has no control, or should the Show decide that because of any such cause it is necessary to cancel, postpone or re-site the Show, or reduce the installation time, Show time or move-out time, the Show shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect of any damage or loss, direct or indirect as a result thereof.

  14. AMENDMENTS 
    Show management shall have the full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all contract regulations constrained herein, and the power to make such amendments thereto, and such further rules and regulations as shall be considered necessary for proper conduct of the exhibition. All Exhibitors will be promptly notified of any changes to these rules. Show Management reserves the right to reassign exhibit space at any time (without any refund or obligation to Exhibitor). Written notice will be provided to Exhibitor if exhibit location is changed.

  15. ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT HALL 

  16. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INDOORS.

  17. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE TWIN CITIES KNIFE SHOW.
